挂载第4个USB设备后，出现设备资源无法分配的情况

我现在有个hub挂在了7621的3.0口上，hub上挂载了两个usb设备，7621的2.0usb口上挂了一个usb设备，当我再给hub插第4个usb设备的时候，报如下错误：感觉是地址无法再分配出来了，我们从内核里发现，内核打印说最多支持15个设备!
